select the download button under the appropriate segment below for an application to our next class;
download, print, and complete Preston Driving School contract, bring form and payment to 1st day of class;
go to the pre-registration page and complete the on-line registration.
SEGMENT 1

Print out the class application form. Complete the form and bring to the 1st day of class. You do not need to mail the form.

SEGMENT 2

Print out form and complete. Bring Level I License, payment, and copy of completed class application form to 1st day of class.
