DRIVER EDUCATION COURSE

1. Preston Driving School will give 24 classroom hours of instruction in Segment I

and 6 classroom hours of instruction in Segment II.

2. Preston Driving School will give 6 hours of behind the wheel instruction during

Segment I.

3. Preston Driving School will supply textbooks needed for the course along with a

dual-controlled car, completely insured and a licensed instructor.

4. If a student does not pass the written portion of the class they may repeat as much classroom time as needed to prepare to retake the exam at no extra charge. If the student does not pass the driving portion of the class, additional driving time will be made available at $25.00 per hour.

5. After passing Segment I the student will be issued a Michigan Driver Education

Certificate of Completion showing that they have passed Segment I.

6. There will be a $10.00 replacement fee for Certificate of Completion that are

lost, damaged or stolen.

TERMS

1. Cost of the Drivers Education Course:

Segment I only $275.00

Segment II only $ 60.00

Segment I and II $300.00

2. Total cost must be paid by the first class meeting to participate in the class.

3. A $20.00 fee will be charged for NSF checks.

4. All scheduled driving lessons that are missed due to conflicts must be cancelled

24 hours in advance.

5. A $20.00 charge will be assessed without 24hours advance notice of cancellation.

6. The student must be at least 14 years 8 months old to start this course.

REFUNDS

1. During the first week of class there will be a 50% refund.

2. No refunds will be given after the first week of class.

3. No refunds will be given before all materials are returned to the school.

4. All materials must be turned in before a Drivers Education Certificate of

Completion is issued.
